If songs, podcasts, or audiobooks are not shown in the app in iOS 10 or later, please turn on "Settings App > Privacy > Media Library > LISTANO".

If the app doesn't behave normally | |
On rare occasions, the app doesn't behave normally. For example:
|
|
- Songs can not be played normally
- Another song which is not selected is played - The partial repeat function stops working - The screen is frozen |

[Solution]
This problem is usually caused by iOS's music playback program, not by this app. To solve the issue, please try the following steps: |
|
① Quit LISTANO App.
② Open Apple's Music App. ③ Quit Apple's Music App. ④ Open LISTANO App. If the above steps don't solve the issue, reboot your iPhone. |

Songs without album names are not shown | |
Tap the magnifying glass icon on the home screen and search by the track names. Tracks without album names are not shown on the album list screen. To add a album title to a track, use iTunes on Windows or Mac.

Playback does not start automatically | |
In iOS 8.1, playback doesn't start automatically sometimes. To play a song, tap the pause button on the left bottom of the screen twice. (This issue has been fixed on LISTANO 3.2.0)
